Mongolian Cuisine- ᠴᠢᠨᠠᠭᠰᠠᠨ ᠮᠢᠬ᠎ᠠ/Chanasan Makh 

Chanasan Makh is definitely one of the well known Mongolian cuisines of Inner Mongolia. This is something you have to try if you ever experience the Mongolian lifestyle. It’s very easy to cook, and very yum as well. Water+Mongolian yogurt+salt = Chanasan Makh. I love eating Chanasan Makh and it is a very essential/basic meal for our daily life. I would say it’s more yum if it’s a whee bit salty.
Mongols are really hospitable and Chanasan Makh is something that shows our warm welcome and hospitality toward our guest. It is a formal food as well under this circumstance.
