It is harder to play on K&M on ps4 cuz the ps4 is "slower", so to speak, but you can still reach a high level. I'd recommend you looking up in youtube "editing course creative map", and practice the moves from videos like "best retakes fortnite 2022" and stuff like that. Also you can practice in maps like "The Pit". I also recommend you looking up for "aiming maps fortnite" and practice editing and aiming all day... it takes hundreds of hours to get good. Months or even years. Good luck tho

It means that if you do any action, say build a wall, the less delay you have the more quickly the wall places. If you have a lot of input delay (or high ping) that wall is gonna take more time to actually place. So, the less input delay you have, your actions in the game are executed more quickly. Giving you an advantage against other players with more input delay. For example, replacing your enemy's wall. Or editing faster given that your game is faster at the time of placing builds or editing thru them. Hope it makes sense. It is something that only advanced players can notice anyways.
