Today when I woke up, I felt too tired for the gym and to concentrate on my master’s thesis, but this video gave me the strength to push through for 60 more days. Thank you
Video summary for me (pls don't delete) I have to write it someday 1) for the next 60 days lock in ignore distractions and chose a goal to work on 2) start working even if you don't feel like doing and get out of your comfort you are a character of your journey you are the hero of your journey so don't stop keep going 3) commit to work 4) ask your self do you really want this if yes than get the bum up and go work for it remember if you win the morning you win the day you win the day you win a week and so on 5) kill distractions 6) know that your time is limited it won't come back use it properly 7) get a good mindset and 5 good habits 8) ask yourself am I willing to do this if yes them do no excuses will work
