My most significant distractions: 1. Procrastination (Leaving work for the next/upcoming day/days) 2. A bit too much screentime (Not much but I need to decrease it) 3. NO CONFIDENCE: (Not able to solve questions is what's making me go demotivated towards doing questions and practice leading to self-doubt). But now.... It's time TO LOCK IN. Nothing's stopping me now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM THE GOAT SWITCHING TO MONK MODE!
Chahe kitne bhi blockers, apps, website blockers kuch bhi download karlo, kuch nhi hone wala. It all depends on your inner mind. Do all toppers use blockers or extensions? Then why don't they get distracted? Just because their mind knows ki agr distract hua toh uska keemat chukana padega. Else agr dimag andar se ganda hai toh wo blockers bhi kuch nhi kr payenge. External chizo pe dhyan dene se acha internal engine ko thik karo.

Distraction; Masturbation which causes laziness, phone addiction, scrolling till 4AM then sleep woke up for school at 6AM, sleep at coaching time, not enough maintaining discipline.
I am the goat switching to Monk mode. I am lock'in. And nothing is going to stop me. Distraction: I fear being left out and i crave for attention. As my friends are now in private universities, seeing them I had develop a strong complexity inside me of being left out so i waste hours in WhatsApp to get attention of my school friends, as they are now in college they had new friends but as a dropper i had only them and i fear that they would eventually forgot me, this is my mindset until now. Now i realised that losing people is inevitable. So yes my biggest fear is losing people and hence it is the root cause of my distraction. As I said I will try my best in the remaining time and try to implement this monk method in my lifestyle for my well being. I don't know in which side i will end up after the upcoming battle. I don't want to be a winner nor do i feel bad for being a losser , i just want to be a better version of myself which the present me can admire. In last we all have to travel our own destinies alone , yes there will be people in your side , but not everytime. You have to lead your life to greater heights which only you are capable of. ~a dropper.

1- Relationship ( where I get worried and waste my most of the time in thinking about, or just cry because of that person for whole day long) . But unable to leave him. And I am completely trapped in this emotional loop 2- sleep a lot instead of doing classes that results to backlog. (2OO+ lect backlog) 😣 3-daydreaming. 4- not solving pyqs. 5- Procrastination.
