OMG. So cute David. So little David. This is not strange behavior, this is floating limb syndrome. This is the result of a lot of abuse. Poor David!!!!
The monkey looks really stressed and depressed. He is also making a very strange sound that I haven't heard from a monkey before. What have you done to his voice?
David behaves like this because of floating limb syndrome. David must be locked in a cage most of the time for him to develop this. David needs love and affection which he is obviously not getting.
David has had this/these conditions since he came to them. It has been brought up several times by many people but I do not believe David's humans take it seriously. He also pulls his hair out (head and arms), bites his arms and rocks himself - ALL signs of anxiety. And they worry about him sucking his thumb. There are more important issues here and sucking his thumb gives him the needed satisfaction & relaxation that he desperately needs. I do not see the big deal with him sucking his thumb anyway - but it "ain't" my monkey. Oh, and like I said in comments of another video, there is a monkey on another channel that tries to suck his thumb but every time he puts it in his month, he stops and masturbates. So David sucking his thumb could be worse.
I have never seen it this bad with David and I have watched him since she first got him. It seems as of he is trying to tell her something, other than he wants juice, but as usual, she ignores him and wants him to sit down and stay out of her way. She does not even notice it. Who has young children or pets and not pay attention to them? VERY SAD. 😢
He is self harming. He is so upset, confused, unhappy, stressed he doesn't know how to cope. This wicket woman has ruined this poor little animal's life.
The juice is mixed with lots sugar water for David. She asked David to taste and herself test tasting if sweet.David does not enjoy the taste therefore did not finish the drink.The caretaker does not have genuine affection for David,she just enjoy playing with him at times
Why do you have on shorts and sleeveless top and David has on a sweater pant set with long pants and long sleeve shirt? Is it hot or cold there? Remember that pulling his sleeves and pant legs up does not cool him off. It bunches the fabric around his little thighs and arms. If you are hot, he is hot.
Yo I been watching David for a while but he’s stressed out, he is always making his angry sounds and when baby monkeys get stressed out they take it out on themselves, give him some love like he’s a baby still, hold him, he doesn’t want to sit in that seat, he wants to sit with you, yo the only sound he is his angry voice and cause y’all teasing him so you gone have issues with him, learn how to take care of David do what I did when my uncle had a monkey I learned and read as much as I could about monkeys, dam just let him sit with you
No way. She is not going to do any of those things you mentioned. David is her cash cow. That's all. After a sip of juice or milk he goes back into his cage while she goes out and shops for jewelry with the money she made from keeping David captured. REPORT THIS. THE AUTHORITIES WILL GO AND TAKE HIM AWAY.
David is so precious, please tell me that he isn’t being abused - i have noticed more aggressive behavior i think it’s because he so anxious what is going on it’s not funny or cute to watch … i used to enjoy david’s videos
Please mom,and the rest of family, this is just my opinion as a fan watching these video's. But you shouldn't be touching his stomach or poking at it,but I can tell he hates it. I think why david was biting his foot,maybe it's itchy. Or just mite be nothing..ok Godspeed to you and your family....

He’s very anxious. Since there’s often negative comments on videos of David behaving more normally they have probably decided to stop even trying to get people to leave positive comments. Videos of David acting out aggressively will ultimately end up with more engagement in the comments and that will trigger RU-vid’s algorithm to push this channel out to more viewers. So I’m sure this is the type of content we will probably start to see more and more. I personally got tired of seeing so many negative comments about every little thing these people did or didn’t do right, according to the viewers, but little David clearly is going through something. I have some concerns but hope they can get things sorted out for the whole family
Floating limb syndrome. It is from stress and solitary confinement. This monkey is mistreated behind the scenes. She isn't even compassionate in front of the camera, imagine his life when the camera is off. So sad. She sees this abnormal behavior and laughs, she knows he is so hungry and anxious over food and still does not have it all ready prepared for him to quickly eat. He is basically going insane from his treatment and existence with this family. She should name this channel cooking show with tormented monkey watching. So disgusting to see such lack of compassion for a creature that relies on her to replace his mother.
