I don't like her home alone either but some things she just can't go out with mom for. I leave my dogs home alone to do errands or work. They cry and don't want me to leave either, but it is what it is.

Monkeys are very greedy when they eat and steal food from each other. I think Lily had a lot of training if she was left alone she would never put her food in front of Tommy the cat or mommy's hands.

Mom Kim explained to LyLy, in the beginning of the video, that she had been sick for the last several days and could not go out just yet. Plus it was windy and chilly. And she would bring her out in a few days to make sure she is completely well.

Why don't you let go with you? Are you ashamed of her. Alot mom that adopt they go for a visit. Or anywhere why mom you never take her anywhere. No wonder sometimes she escape from you. I don't blame her I blame you.
LYLY WAS JUST SICK SO HER MOTHER DOESNT WANT HER TO GO OUT JUST YET! Or did you forget Lyly was sick for 3 days?!?! Some of you are really sitting there saying that Lyly is bored & never goes anywhere. Lyly goes everywhere with mom! And what because she had to wait 30 minutes, at most 1 hour out of the day for mom, she has the worst life and is utterly bored??? Come on you really can't be that dense. And to the ones that say mom should get a new baby monkey so Lyly has a friend? You all will be the same people that sit there saying "mom why are you paying so much attention to the little baby monkey and not spending as much time with Lyly?" Because when Lyly was a baby her mom gave her so much attention and care - she would do the same with another baby monkey which would take away from mom playing with Lyly! Also, in the wild, when a mother gives birth to a new baby, the sibling usually gets jealous & throws tantrums because mom no longer pays as much attention to them. But if that happened here with a monkey living with human caregivers, you would shame the Caregiver. A lot of you are never happy. It doesn't matter how well someone cares for a baby monkey, you still always find some reason that the caregiver isn't doing enough. Yet you yourself have never raised a monkey in your life! Even if you don't have that option to "auto translate" the English subtitles into your native language, I still translate most of the comments into English and read what your comments say. A lot of you who comment really seem to think low of Kim & assume the worst in her reasoning for what she is doing in these videos? Which is so sad cause she really is one of the best caregivers.
@mizerybiz Well said and thank you! You are correct, all these "keyboard warriors" think they know best. Very few have ever had a monkey or knows anyone that does have one. They are 24/7 constant care. Very messy but oh so sweet, trainable, intelligent creatures. Mom Kim has a daughter, LyLy, Tommy cat and her husband. She has her hands full. Adding another monkey into the family is not feasible.
I totally agree with you that raising a baby monkey is a difficult task and from what I have seen of Mama Kim from the day Lily was a baby until now, she is a mother who knows her stuff.
I like the Kim family and Mom means well, but Macaques are wild animals & Lyly ‘s mom was killed so she could be sold into captivity. Once Lyly reaches puberty, they won’t be able to control her, macaques are strong. They are fighters and biters. Lyly will become a danger to the family. She’ll have to be caged up. Is any of this fair to Lyly? No. It is not.
@@Shaq1954 LyLy was recently sick for serveral days. It was windy and cold so Mom Kim is not allowing LyLy to go off with her so she doesn't get sick again. Makes sense to me.
@dawnsharpe9178 LyLy goes off with her mom and family pretty often actually. Just because it's not on every single video doesn't mean she doesn't get to go off. Mom Kim is my grand daughter, and I can tell you personally, LyLy gets to go off often. When it rains, windy, cold or sick or recovering from illness, LyLy can not go out. Why couldn't Lyly make a quick trip to the market with her mom even if she had just been sick. Couldn't mom put some warm clothes on Lyly . . . use a face mask . . . and hold her while shopping so that people cannot be constantly trying to touch her.
Why do you never take LyLy to market. I would love to see her there enjoying helping mum to pick the fruit and vegetables. It would be such a change for her to do something different instead of staying at home and being lonely.
LyLy does go off with her mom. Just because we don't see it every day on youtube doesn't mean she doesn't get to go off. Remember, we only get to see 5 - 15 minutes out of her day here on a video.

LyLy kissing mom and playing with her. When she opens her mouth on her face it's called "mouthing". (my dogs do it too) Not trying to bite. It's affection and playful. I think it's just the sweetest thing to see.
