It is not a script Lyly walked in the neighborhood and was chased by a dog. So the neighbor of her aunt put her in a cage to protect her. Mom went looking for Lyly and asked the neighbors and found Lyly in the cage. The camera man was not filming Lyly when she explored the neighborhood. One part was from the security camera and the other part was when Mom went looking for Lyly. Luckily nothing serious happened.

Kims sister(?) has cameras in her shop. That's how they found out, that Lily must have left the building through a rear exit. You can see that it was recorded by different surveillance cameras because they didn't "follow" Lily.

Women didn't know LyLy's address. She was at her house, not LyLy's. She saw Mom Kim and came out asking if she could help her and she said she was looking for her monkey and the women told her she found her and a dog was chasing after her so she saved LyLy and kept her in a cage for protection. Obviously the women doesn't have a monkey of her own.
As she gets older she will be leaving more. She will be looking for a mate soon. Maybe you should keep her inside and let her go out only when you are present.

Lyly is a curious monkey!!! She wants to go out an explore which is natural. Lyly got out and was chased by a dog. The woman was able to save Lyly but to make sure Lyly didnt run off she put her in a cage. She saw Kim running around & asked if she could help (assuming - due to Lyly being in clothes - she could be Lyly's mom). Lyly trusts humans. Its not an inconceivable thought that she would trust a human to help her. The video shows Lyly restless in the beginning because her Aunt was working. So Lyly wanted to go explore & do something. It doesnt matter to any of you what Lyly does or doesnt do. You will always accuse that its staged or faked so why even bother coming back to watch?
