There is nothing like a fast ,to reset your body's system ,when ever my BP ,gets up ,a bit ,I do a couple of days fast . Glad to hear you are both on the mend .

We’re just a nightmare really… 😂 But yes, I’m glad I trusted my gut instinct and took him to the doctor. I knew it was something more than a dodgy tummy. But, like I said in the film, we would have missed the monkeys completely if we had done plan A, so we were really pleased with our week there, if you see what I mean…
