Great choice guys. That's Katha Mia's vocals in the background. She is the drummer for Mono Inc. Just love this band. Some more please. You will love her in "If I Fail (symphonic version)"
Brings back memories of 2017 Mera Luna festival when the only people to wear masks were Cyber Goths and fun was allowed . The crowd scenes were filmed there .
BTW...the female background voice...is the drummer of Mono Inc ;) Also, Gothic has no age restriction, at all. Try also Lacrimosa...and more Mono Inc. Diary of Dreams maybe something for you, too. For Joachim Witt...try the song "Die Flut". You gonna love it.
i loved "Die Flut" back in the days, that song is just awesome. but when it comes to Tilo Wolff, i love his voice but i only like a few Lacrimosa songs, it is just not my cup of tea, but there are some good ones. For example i like the song Lichtgestalt :)
This was the first song I heard from Mono Inc and I was hooked straight away. I must have spent a fortune buying anything I can get my hands on, by them. Waiting for the end of covid, as I have tickets to see them in London. Forget about being 47 Ginger, I'm 65, so you've plenty of life in you yet.
Check out Mono Inc. with Tilo Wolff…Shining Light! Great song. You probably know by now the female is Mono Inc’s drummer. She gives their sound and awesome dimension!
More MONO INC so soon already & with their 1st really big hit with video footage from the M'era Luna festival - I must be in heaven, especially as one can also hear the beautiful female voice of MONO INC's drummer Katha Mia in the background. P.S. Tilo Wolff is from the German band "Lacrimosa", Joachim Witt is a German musician & actor, and Chris Harms is from the German band "Lord Of The Lost"".
Great! Next: If I fail (symphonic live). There you'll hear more of the female voice ;-) "Die Flut" by Witt und Heppner should be a nice one, too. Very cool song with the haunting voice of Peter Heppner, who is also worth checking out (solo or with his Band "Wolfsheim")
You guys did a great job of nailing the MONO INC. appeal: super catchy, a little bit dark, and a little bit uplifting all with Katha Mia's voice soaring over the top.
in the early eighties joachim witt was one of the stars of "neue deutsche welle": ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-j0UAXn2lq3A.html great song and reaction. thank you and a happy easter weekend.
Mono Inc. is Dark Rock band from Germany, im not very familar with them but here are two other songs you might like: After the War ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ZUNemUvJ-JE.html (A more 'typical' song from them) If I fail ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-UWgVzyG9jNU.html (in a symphonic Live Version) Joachim Witt is a solo singer with LONG Career dating back to the 80ths and changing his style over the years. My favorite song from him (in German) with startet a little controversy here in Germany ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ZmATxD9-PtQ.html
You guys should definitely check out Lacrimosa , some good songs are My Pain, Der Morgen Danach, and Kelch Der Liebe, they also have a version of Phantom Of The Oprea which is very good as well, great video btw keep up the great work 🤎
I had some friends who listened to VNV Nation, I think I maybe heard one or two songs. So when I saw you reacted to them, my interest was piqued. Now I'm on this journey with you, discovering all these new acts and showing them to a friend who also likes this kind of music. It's becoming this wonderful pay it forward kind of thing. Please keep going!
the one you pointed out for his voice is Tilo Wolff. His Band is "Lacrimosa" one of the Backbones of german gothic music for 3 decades. Joachim Witt, the older gentleman is around since the early 80s
