He didn't need to be a good sport. It was a gag; those "contest" winners were actors. It was a sketch. He knew what the questions would be. That was the whole point. Are you the only person in America who didn't know that??

George Shepherd I know they are actors, I know it’s a gag, but he could have just as easily said “fuck that, I’m not doing that” during the rehearsals. That is my point. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Honestly I'm not even an angry person and i see people arguing over the dumbest stuff. Just relax and enjoy what you're watching. There's more important things to worry about. They just showed Luke Perry hosting SNL from 1993 on t.v. tonight out of respect. Man 1993. Seems like such an innocent time now. Luke Perry and Jason Priestly were the big things/teen hearthrobs. Kurt Cobain was still alive...grunge and britpop were just starting. No social media/internet. Grade school classes still played Oregon trail. This was a high point for our culture in the US and England in terms of music and entertainment and just general political balance and a feeling of stability. As well as a strong economy. The movies to come out in the next few years were Pulp Fiction, Shawshank Redemption, Forrest Gump, Braveheart and Heat to name just a few. Damn how things have fallen.

It was great. I was a junior in high school in 1990. The 90’s encompassed my late high school and college years. Man I miss it.

I was entering junior high school in 1990. A different world back then. Good shows on TV. Nintendo and Blockbuster Video were doing great back then. The bad things were the Gulf War and the Patriots sucked.

bubble tape was a class favorite candy. Super Nintendo and Sega genesis were in their prime and street fighter 2 was an amazing video game. and the cowboys were about to dominate Super Bowls! and I haven't even gotten to the domination of the entire NBA by Jordan and the bulls! the 90s was an awesome time

I'm too young to have watched it when it was originally on but since watching a few episodes a couple of years ago I've been all about Jason. I did like Luke too though.

Jason was super hot in season 1 to early/mid season 3. Then it went downhill with the terrible haircut and total lack of swag. He was also skinnier in the beginning and it fitted him well.

OMG are u kidding?????? That was a sketch. The whole point is that it was supposed to be funny that no one asked him any questions about himself. It was a gag. There was no contest.
