1) Always buy railroads. 2) Never buy utilities, they're for chumps. 3) Get a monopoly ASAP, and be a jerk and prevent your friends from getting their own monopoly. 4) 'Fair-trade' is not a thing in monopoly. If someone wants one of your cards, make 'em bleed for it Personally, my favorite monopolies are Orange and Red. If I can own that corner, I typically will win!

Purple can hurt a lot. If you build a lot on it for little cost and got dark blue you can bleed them slowly out.

Just yesterday I was watching the pomegranate and yogurt video you had on the channel a while back and it made me crave some pomegranate so bad I had to get some shipped to my home because I live in an area where I can't get any fresh ones. I put some in vanilla yogurt and man, that was good.

This variant looks like a lot of fun, with some interesting math lessons to boot. I have my own variant which I developed to reflect life in the USA. Everyone starts out with zero dollars, (unless you draw the “born into wealth token”), and 2 “get out of jail free” cards (unless you draw one of the brown tokens.) Everyone gets $2 every turn, but can borrow money from the bank for an interest rate (determined by multiple factors throughout the game), unless again you have the brown token in which case your interest rate is doubled and sometimes just redlined. The community cards are replaced with interesting things that can actually happen for a community, like affordable housing law passed that cuts rents in half until a deregulatory card is drawn. You can also purchase interest in the bank, (though usually this is only feasible for the person who has the born into wealth token. In the end it’s a brutal game without any true path to victory for many of the players, but is instead more about just surviving as long as you can.

No, I haven't played SET. Just watched a video on it though, looks a lot like Korean poker, but way less aggressive :)

Chycho, you should look into a card game called DURAK. It's actually a game from Russia, but I was introduced to it from a friend in highschool. It's really fun and requires a deal of different strategies and can be played in several variations. I am able to play it regularly on an app called "Durak Online card game". Hope you enjoy!
