Thank you all so very much for your support and I hope you will enjoy the new videos. I will be repeating some old exercises but there will be lots of new content in future. I would also be interested in any Ideas you may have that you would like me to film.
Materials:
Stretched canvas, white acrylic spray paint.
Oil paint colours Cadmium Yellow, Yellow Ochre, Cadmium Red, Prussian Blue and Vandyke Brown.
thin plastic sheets for paint transfer, cocktail stick, blunt pencil, newspaper.

I never read it, just collect old newspapers to use so the Mirrors as good as any!

Hi Dan. I really felt the need to tell you this. As you know, I'm in slow recovery mode from an unpleasant illness. I've started to mute the sound on my PC and lay back to watch the magic happen before my eyes. For whatever reason, during this one, I began to slide back into my chair and become incredibly relaxed. It had a far better effect upon me than the medication does. Thank you so much.

Spray paint.

I use Acrylic Spray Paint (Montana Gold series) 2-3 coats. I chose this for speed but you could use a suitable gesso primer.

what is the material you use to transfer/press paint onto your canvas/surface ??

@@julieduncan1996 Thank you. Thought so, but it's surprising how resilient it is. Seems like it would tear more from all the use. I'll have to try it out.
