xD, this version would be the one to do it, all the crazy effects and none of the damage done to the pc's 🤣, the perfect prank right there, make it look like a virus is destroying the pc's then it turns out it's completely benign. Disclaimer: don't attempt this at school, harmless or not, you could get expelled for such a prank. Leave this for your friends pc, at least the least they would do is freak out when it looks like a virus is ravaging their pc then relief that it was basically a harmless version of a virus, then not talk to you for a week or so till they cool off. The worst that could happen is that they might not want to talk to you for a long long time, or even at all, so do this at your own risk.

it is 100% harmless everyone I tested it on a different PC and when I rebooted it it booted up completely fine and can still log in so it didn't killed the mbr and you can end task it!

Yes, it only use the GDI. And yes, you can turn it off with task manager. also, i recommend you to turn it off in CMD with this command: taskkill /f /im [ type the app name ]. Also, you need to remember what the process name of monoxide in task manager or copy the name of the process
