Hey please say how is Monrovia to stay in terms of weather, cost and safety

I’ve a question. I’m foreigner but I would like to visit LA in a future. Does it snow in Monrovia or is it at least somewhat cold in winter season?

I've got a bit of a strange question you may be able to help me with. As a child in 1978/79, I lived directly across the street from Monrovia High School. I've always wanted to go back just to see what I remember as a child. When I use Google maps, street view nothing seems to be the same. I lived in an apartment complex across from the high school, I remember the Sunshine Market and a Burger "Queen" within a half mile of my home. Does anyone remember this area? Has it been completely redeveloped?
