Monsta X and Their Love for Starsh!p & Staff💖🙂 

They are probably the first group where the members confront the staff on camera . Like we all have seen when idols do something "out of the line" they give nervous glances to the staff but here its the other way round, monsta x glares at the staff if they do something uncalled for (esp Kihyun and Hyungwon) this is also partially coz they werent kids when they debuted , they were all young adults who had developed enough brain as to not be intimated by the company. And now also they are all in their late twenties/early thirties, so they know their worth and arent at the mercy of the company, hence they cannot be bullied or dictated. They are all incharge of the situation, and staff is their to assist them not control them .

Kihyun as director of Starship would be the best thing to ever happen to that company on a professional level 💓😭 MANIFESTING-

There is also a part in MMTG interview where they said that the company made Jooheon wear caps and less makeup in his early days because he looked too intimidating, and Minhyuk said the 'scary' comments about Jooheon also came from within the company itself. I wish they would be acquired by a competent company who values them. People outside the company whom they have worked with, genuinely love them and treat them so nicely, like Chaessi Pyolyugi's crew. Can we also talk abt how weird the Monmukgo episode on Shownu's return was? That man was supposed to be celebrated but they somehow planned game rules that caused him to be left alone by the end of the episode like what on earth was that.

To me, this actually shows the artists and the staff are actually in a good healthy working relationship. Being able to speak your mind & always communicate when problems arise is an indication of that.

MONAMIGO, it's crazy how spot on this video was. As I said in a previous comment, I would personally love to work with MONSTA X. I have my own agency but the issue is I have no money or connections in the industry. On top of not speaking Korean or living in Seoul. But in spite of this, I have so many ideas. Their social media captions could be better, all they do is write the name of the album with #MONSTAX and the release date, like it's so basic it's not even funny. Then it's almost impossible to get leveled up in the fancafe which is ridiculous because you have to pay for a membership to get full access. Like even KMBB have issues leveling up, I translated countless posts from Korean MBB who still hadn't/haven't been leveled up. There's also the fact that Joohoney should be acting, Minhyuk should be showing his art in galleries, they should all have solo albums and RU-vid channels, I mean there's just so many things that just aren't happening. It is crazy. I apologize for the long comment but this put me in my feelings. ❤
