I'd like to build a small motorcycle, scooter size, maybe use a Nissan leaf motor and a couple 120v batteries in series, 50-60series cells+/-, just under 300v total , with 12" tires carbon fiber panels. Look similar to that little monster, only taller, maybe use 80cc bike suspension, with a mini super moto look, maybe use a old Suzuki DR 200 frame, lowered alot, with roughly 12"-14" rims front and rear, maybe use clamp on bars, use a separate 20 ah 4s lithium battery 14.8 nominal, and 16.8 peak for the lights, with a small charger so it all charges when plugged in, a built in 5amp+/- charger or use a larger home charger, a battey large enough to get 50-100 miles. A leaf motor on 240v-265vdc should allow a 0-60 mph in under 3 seconds, not-100 mph in under 6, with a possible 130 mph , 🚅, depending in alot if variables a br drive would be nice, because a chain is loud, maybe put the chain inside an aluminum case, to quieten it a bit, maybe use a quick change gear set, between the motor and jackshaft the chain connects to. Or possibly use a CVT with a manual control, normally locked midway, with the ability to lower or raise the ratio a bit for more acceleration, or more top speed, but I doubt a scooter CVT would handle the power, it would probably require a custom motor controller, basically a zero safety e-bike controller with only a off/on, and brake shut-off, and a current limit maybe a voltage limit, 170-300 volts DC, it should work fine, and capable of about 100 amps(+/-) 20-26 kw is a ton of power, the battery is going to be every where in the false fuel tank,, under the seat, all around the motor, where the original engine was the frame will probably be extended 6"-8" in the tank area. Maybe more, moving the seat forward slightly, to give the look of an extended swingarm. The front suspension lowered roughly 10" -12" the rear 8"-10" to get about 6" frame clearance, with the swingarm running parallel with the ground , custom mold carbon/ kevlar fenders, possibly making them possibly to be broken and only crack, still be held together, to make repairs easy, still being light weight, Only 100 grams for a fender possibly, a fuel tank/ battery/ electronics cover weighing 250 grams or less, basically a carbon layer and a kevlar layer, with a added carbon strip for mounting location bracing, use a few small screws to attach the top tank section to a lower pan type bottom section, looking alot like the original tank, a carbon seat pan with two kevlar layers with 4-5 carbon layer with two more in the mounting locations, holding about 60 cell under the seat and between the frame rails, maybe 60 in the tank area, 120 in the engine area and 60 around the motor this could possibly be enough cells, with headlight with 4 x 10a cells inside with a 30 watt led cob(a 10w and 20 watt, for low med and high beam! With turn signals and brake and tail light from the same headlight, using a single wiring harness, running from the headlight, Also having the option to have 2x the battery, with a small generator that can charge the batteries when the brakes are used, like Regen braking, supply up to 10 amps at 16v, with 3w brake and turn signals LEDs 3x 1w each, and 9 for the brake, 3 tail light, plus the other 6 for brake, and possibly a red, amber, or purple strip under the bike, running from under the frame to under the swingarms, both sides, and a strip under the fenders, to make it seem at night, with dimmer, so it's not too bright, it could be really cool if it works out like I think, maybe use a different motor, a 10 kw golden motor and controller or something, about 750 watts is 1hp, 1500w = 2hp, so the 10 kw is over 12 HP that is like 20+ gasoline engine hp , probably require a 30 hp engine to equal the power,

Put a taller tire on to increase your top speed if you can't break into the controller.. really shouldn't mess with that unless you know what you're doing though.. pulling too many amps through the system can and will cause an electrical fire - lithium is no joke

Some of those mirrors, or the mounting spots, may tighten backwards. Usually the left one, just so you don't go crazy if you run into that problem.

I have a stand up scooter that goes 55mph I saw this scooter on your channel first the video before this one and then my dad mentioned turning mine into a sit down low rider and I found your video and it is exactly what I pictured mine looking like i have only chopped my bars to be low enough to see over and mounted some janky foot pegs that need to be lower but ima wait and buy some foot rest like on your scooter

You know something interesting about that headlight you have, it's been a proven fact drunks aim for Brite lights and hit them , my uncle found that out on his hog he added 2 extra head lights on it thinking he'd be safer but after 5 weeks in the hospital and loosing a very expensive motorcycle. read the controller out.there is a Chip som have the Data for Max RPM by 134Volt. if you can found this,can you change the max RPM som the Motor can run. this RPM are also connected to the Weel Diameter.

Bud, you gotta learn to go by voltage instead of batt bars. Batt % on app can be off by a large margin but the voltage is correct. Take 80% of 134v ie. 107v as zero so you have approx 27v to work with from max of 134v. So 120.5v is approx 50% batt left & so on so forth. Also remember the bottom 1/2 of batt drains alot faster than the top half. Sides you wouldn't take it down to empty as thats not good for the batt pack. Lowest I'd is 110v before parking it for charging.

With ebikes there is a range. take the sur ron it's top speed range is actually 40-50mph depending on Rider weight road conditions and battery percentage. I can see this thing in the 60-70mph speed range

There's a business opportunity. Design a ducting system for high performance ebikes or whatever you call that lol. Pull as much air over the brakes as possible. There has to be away to get more flow over them than even being in the open.

You unlock the speed limiter by holding the right arrow curser down and tapping the horn button 6 times until your hear a long beep then power cycle. Look up a RU-vidr by the name of crazy JJ he has a 2 min clip of him riding the k6 in mode 3 and def is going faster than 59 mph.

60mph seems kinda slow for a 120v system. It's nearly 100kmh... I've seen 72v scooters hit that as their top speed and a few reach even more.. Motors are probably not winded for speed.
