Keep in mind this day was about a lot of sets and reps so we hit deadlifts on a different day.
A couple of key notes about this video:
When you do this workout make sure you isolate your back.
If you’re having trouble then I suggest you work on visualizing it in your mind
Remember: Mind to muscle connection.
Also, make sure you go through a full range of motion. That means going all the way through the exercise, stretch the muscle and use full contractions.
Some of these are advanced exercises so pay close attention to the placement of my shoulders and elbows relative to the body.
Do this workout correctly and you will definitely be satisfied with the results.
