I recall in the first seasons ,if someone got to race twice on a list nite they were always. More than happy and welcomed the extra. As away to get here cars really dialed in . but I guess now days the guys of the 405 just don't wan to. Come out and work for there exceed. Spots so here's an idea y'all. Just. Don't need to show up on a list nite but instead give there spots to female drivers and let's get a all women's top ten 405 list.
Man my heart breaks for Shane every time his hard-work and money gets destroyed. He’s truly a talented car builder and racer, if only he would’ve not had those three bad breaks. I guess everything happens for a reason and he’s truly blessed to walk alway all three times with his life. Shane is such a chill and likable dude, I hate to see it end like this for him.
Hes a POS in real life, he talks a bunch of shit and never backs it up, just a typical small town mouth...I love seeing him lose like this, it's exactly what he deserves
They probably knew he would do the same thing again if given a choice, let off or push your luck. He said it himself, crash or win. I wouldn’t invest in him either
@@stylepoints.180 if these guys can build 150k-200k race cars they are big earners, im not saying they should give him the money but they could let him use a roller car and let him build off that
Dam this is heart heart-wrenching. Thank God he walked away from that. As long as you're still alive and healthy, anything can happen. Just live day by day and hope for tomorrow. 🙏
it really sucks shane was such a nice ass guy one of my top favorites on street outlaws he didnt deserve the hand he got delt that night man dammit i really wish he was still here if i could i would help build him another car or hell even start a go fund me for him much love to you shane you will be missed
Those Vega's have too short of a wheel base for all that power. If it starts getting out of shape, you have such a tiny window of time to correct it or you are screwed. It's probably the most difficult car to drive.
@@1982MCI I know there was a wreck n he finished a car then crashed it testing for outlaw armageddon. I seen a video where he was at his friends shop with the car.
@@chadalac1977 he’s had the worst luck with those Vegas! It’s bout my favorite car on street outlaws cause I had one in early 80’s. I almost think he’s trying to put too damn much power thru that thing and that light body and suspension just can’t handle that torque and it gets turned sideways! That’s gotta be the 4th one he’s totaled out now if my count is accurate. Damn I hate that!! Always did like Shane and Bob!! It’s time to either change to a different car that can handle the power or maybe start driving for someone like daddy Dave used to do with the Sonoma.
Boy, that hurt when the Vega went over.....I had a black one, pretty much set up good, a year different.......man, that left tears in my eyes. Wish that I'd never have sold it. Shane seems like a good dude.
Man I was hoping this was just a a replay of his first accident that really sucks Tom's a good guy and he's the most blue-collar out of them all if you ask me all the other ones seem to have money pouring out their ass really feel bad for dominator
dadgummit Shane is my favorite. always the under dog, and such a nice guy.. that sucks.. good luck Shane. I'm glad Bob is o.k. yes I said DADGUMMIT. it's a word. I've been able to talk to most of these guys at the PRI show/racing events, etc. and they are such nice people.
Im from Sydney Australia and love Shane's car is he still racing or was this the end did he have sponsorship or did discovery channel help get him back to the 405 ?
This was a while ago and he's still not racing. He decided he was not going to do it again. After 3 wrecks in just a few years time it financially strapped him, his family and business . Discovery does not pay for these cars, same can be said with Chief's wreck, Doc's wreck, Lutz's wreck, etc. They all had to pony up to build new rides.
I personally think someone should pick up Shane and let him drive their car. There's no doubt in my mind that he can drive! I know how it feels to be a driver without the funds. I just feel like that is way too much of a talented person to just let him walk away from it all because he cannot afford it anymore. If I had the money I would do it in a heartbeat
The money they make from this show the drivers should get some wreck insurance from the show a little cash to get them a chance to not be financially out the game
Yeah Shane is one of the OG'S I really miss racing , Bob & him were a helluva of team plus I miss his Vega- Blackbird making passes , hopefully he'll be back one day 👍🤞. 😈☠👍✌✌
So for supercross fans, Shane is the guy that runs the shop that trey canards dad used to own. (not sure if he still does but to the best of my knowledge he does) he knows trey canard, seen him grow up. Crazy how small the world is
