Monster High 13 Wishes Is Back (And Still Bad)

I loved this game as a kid, probably played it over 200 hours...

oh god, the scariest thing I'll have seen this Halloween are the faces on the models of the characters, I forgot how uncanny they look

lagoona will remember this

a few glitches i used to do/find along with just poor game design: (i played on the 3DS so i dont know how applicable these will be for the wii type console. this comment is also VERY long so im so sorry😭) one of them was in the pyramid level when ur raising and lowering the water to open the gate to the sewage thing or whatever. u raise the water, stay in the same spot for a bit and then wait for the perfect time to swap your character, then boom ur swimming as someone other than lagoona if u timed it right. however u wont really be able to get out of the water without triggering the little responses everyone but lagoona has so u might as well just get out at the entrance of that little pool area so its not tedious getting to and from wherever. another one was in the monster high school where i found where you can literally jump through the wall between the shelves in the room with skelita and fall into a void of just black. doing that also respawns you at like a random part of the map it remembers you being in i guess ? this one is a bit milder, but when youre in the hallway to get to the attic, jumping from the higher spots can make ur character's head go through the ceiling but still somehow register as a hitbox for them "hitting their head" i dont think this one is really a glitch but its more of a time saver. in the candle room, where gigi tells you about clawdeen'a freaky flaw, the room that you make a left and wait for the magic carpet is a bit of a lazy design in my opinion since you can literally just aim and jump down into the void below you to get the other character's skullettes without actually having them with you in the level. i believe you can get abbey's, draculaura's, and cleo's by doing this. take that with a grain of salt though because i dont remember entirely LMAO. be careful tho bc im p sure doing that takes either a whole heart or a heart and a half away u can glitch urself inside of the pool's little throne thing by forcing your character to walk between that little decorative fence thing and the chair/throne itself. i think uve already done this but you can get yourself behind howleen's "prison" in the attic. i think this is more cheating/poor game design than a glitch. in the ruins, the room with the blocks u have to move to make the other platforms rise (i think u associated this room with twilight princess), you literally can save so much time by just raising the block that goes to the platform closest to the exit, and then spam wall jumps between the platform and the wall. you can trap the gargoyles or "sHadOw cReAtuReS" into an infinite loop of flying under where theyre actually supposed to be, or just not be able to be high enough to get back to their spot in general. ive seen this in mainly in the pyramids and ruins. im not gonna lie i dont know if this was done on purpose, but in the maze, those bouncy plants near the exit actually GO SOMEWHERE. i dont remember how, but the end result is you literally being on top of the map. you would be able to stand on like this big ass square thing and see the whole entire maze from up there. i think you can also walk on top of the walls but only if you could get to the one you wanna go to. during the battle with whisp, you can spam one of the tiny podium things and it'll register as you putting the mirror piece on as if there wasn't one already on there. this causes ur game to lag tho😭😭 for some reason, the tiny ghosts, no matter what color, will die after being in the water with lagoona in the pyramids, if you slide down into the bouncy carpet of the little parkour set of buildings to ur near left upon starting the level, you instantly just go BOING despite being under it. it happens everytime u slide into it. also you'll be spared of hearing each character's wwOooOO or wEeEEE in damned lagoona's case: hheEEuUUAaHhH (im sorry but after playing that level for so long bc little me didnt know how to get past the water part of that level it gets very annoying HAGSGAHA) a slam attack prevents your character from taking fall damage which i kinda think is a lack in "proper" game design 💀 also there is literally NO NEED FOR THE CROUCH BUTTON WHY DOES IT EXIST OTHER THAN THE SLAM ATTACK 😭😭 when you have every single one of those little purple ghosts following you in the dressing room "courtyard" it seems, it will only do the damage equivalent to one of them. their death sound is VERY loud though when theyre all together. the damn snake. its never clear on how to actually kill that thing. i assume they have to be knocked into their pot before you can break it but it seems like the hitbox to doing either of those things has an extremely ANNOYING delay. something that really annoyed me is that sometimes when you go somewhere because maybe there was a hidden skullette or an orb you just simply couldnt get back to where you just were without almost or just completely redoing the process that got you there in the first place. sometimes the doors just wont open. im being so deadass it wont even register youre in front of the door until you come from the other side. yk the one you DIDNT come from. this only happens with like 2 of them though. you can parkour and get on top of the bookcases in the room with the second set of levels. if a flying gargoyle is perusing you in defeating whisp, falling into the weird ass altered pool and respawning at the start will cause it to start flying towards where you popped out of the air. for some reason using a freaky flaw causes the music to turn down almost completely to zero and you cant turn it back up even if your bar was already at 100 ???? if you fall and end up hanging onto one of the bouncy plants, lucky u !!!! sarcasm. bc when you climb it, for some reason the hitbox for bouncing gets messed up. i dont really know how to explain it but like when you bounce on top of it, you'll be in the air, it just won't let you move until like 2 seconds later. in the pyramids with the lil water spot or whatever, when the water is at the high level, you can swim under the wall (the wall that has abbey's skullette) and and jesus christ you can literally see the whole purple sky + A WHOLE BLACK VOID and you're swimming under the sky (that made no sense but) just dont lose sight of the actual map or ur just swimming in the void forever 😭😭 thats all i can think of for now thank u for reading my pointless comment

OH GOD I REMEMBER PLAYING THIS GAME! Genuinely could never figure out what to do after unlocking Abbey lmao

Watching this made me want to play MH 13 Wishes again but then I remembered how much anger it caused me and decided against it. (Also Abbey and Heath are going to be together again in G3)

i rewatch the playthrough every time i'm in the pits of suffering because the absolute ridiculousness of the game plus your comments is incredibly funny lol (hope you don't mind my perceiving😔) wasnt expecting a revisit but i'm taking this as a bday gift since its my day ty ty ur a total royal btw💞

my nan bought me this game and i used to love it but i always got stuck on the desert level and i stopped playing it out of frustration and i felt so bad

Please do more of these 13 wishes videos! They make me laugh so hard and there’s kind of more objectives for you to do! (Hidden skulletes in levels, fetch quests for the characters in the school, and the ghouls skulletes in each level etc.) I love these videos, keep doing more! Lol 😂

When I was a kid, I would watch gameplay videos of monster high 13 wishes and I was like "OMG THIS GAME IS SO COOL" now that I am older, I'm like "wow this looked way better back then." but I still love the game even if the models look creepy it's still my childhood.

I actually did find a glitch thats actually useful, in the Ruins level at the start theres the Rock that you can use abbys Powers on, on one side of the Rock you can literally walk through the Rock and spawn at a later part of the Level, i used the heck out that glitch when i played it as a 7 year old-
