I think this pack should’ve been $40 and not $50. Overall I’d say this is my favourite Frankie from g3, their face is so stunning and i would love to see this 2pack doll in their signature/core doll outfit. The two pack outfit is a serve but it’s very cheap, the plastic tie and the fabrics they chose are kinda sad and the pack is just a bunch of plastic accessories and a ugly boy doll. There’s no stands and the accessories aren’t fully painted. I really wish it was $35-40, i always feel like monster high dolls are too overpriced for the quality we get and Mattel just keeps charging too much.
I love that Deuce's pet is named Perseus. Paying homage to the Medusa mythos, however it is weird that his pet is named after the guy that killed one of his moms.
Love to see the return of accessory details! Last gen felt cheap and generic... but a coiled snake as icing on a cupcake had me like YEEESSSS! Also the detail in that mini bike?? Amazing!

i’m so obsessed with frankie in this pack, it’ll probably be a while until i get it though since it’s so pricey and i just spent over 100$ getting a bunch of g3’s lol
it’s the way I watched the cleo and frankie ep, looked at the draculaura and cleo core dolls I’d just got, and went well know i HAVE to get your gf 💀 (and frankie was always tied for my fave with lagoona in g1, but the new designs for draculaura and cleo were so cute i had to get them first)
Deuce was my favorite back in the day when he was first introduced lol. The new one's cute too but something about the green skin is still a little bit unsettling to me idk why haha
I’m gonna order this 2pack soon! Frankie is stunning 🤩 I really hope that g3 really keeps making boy dolls and I hope that MonsterHigh puts as much effort in these Mansters as they always did with the girls. Not really comparing Duece yet but i do see some areas that could be enhanced like the shoes while they are probably a nice sculpt some paint would definitely have brought out the details. I love the addition of the pets especially Perseus with his coffin bean bike.
Goodness I remember the Fandom panicking at the pack thinking they'll replace Cleo x Deuce then there's the premiere of the Live Action that can be seen as Clawdeen x Deuce and it was rather worse
Deuce's outfit had so much potential, I can't believe they fumbled him so bad 😭 Personally I wish he didn't have the mesh sleeves and that his shoes weren't solid yellow. If the snake was purple and the sole was grey I think they would've looked nice!
I love both the dolls. frankie is stunning! but I think deuce deserves a bit more love, he's such a cute baker I love that his cupcake is a little snake too! although his outfit is lil hit or miss..
Ha! I picked mine up today at target too! This is my fave Frankie so far. Fyi I started collecting after getting Dracula skullector edition. Frankie's boots ! Everything!! Deuce is adorable. I can't wait for the single pack Deuce. Draculaura arrived in the mail this evening. I think this completes my collection for now ! Thx for sharing
Frankie is slaying and deuce just looks cool. I honestly never considered this duo before but it aestheticly pleasing for me and I like it, so I think this was a really nice idea
Frankie looks so good!! I like Deuce too of course but I think they lost the opportunity to give Deuce the ponytail look, and I wish his snakes were a darker green. I think the green cup might be for Frankie's pet
I actually wanna use deuces pants on Frankie from this set. I really think a Frankie doll with pants would be a serve and these pants would be a sickening starting point for that
Ghoulia is also a Toys R Us exclusive so I'm very happy they made them available to find in stores instead of making us rely on overpriced ebay listings
I could tell that the Frankie's face mold was slightly different than their basic one, also I personally don't like that to keep trying to shoehorn in Pepto-Bismol Barbie pink into these dolls, but I think that's just a preference thing on my end.
They didn’t do Deuce justice with his dolls redesign… I feel like his skin could have patches were you can see scales around and about, like how clawdeen have fur throughout her body but not quite completely, like hints. I miss how Deuce used to have an ombré effect with his hair of snakes, it gave him more detail. Mattel really didn’t show Deuce some love when it came to G3, I think he deserves more detail like the rest of the gang.
They’re also a toys rus exclusive. I actually got them to complete the coffin bean playset. Just getting the dolls was a bonus. I have to say frankie is so fetch & having deuce as a part time worker is pretty cool!
They need to start giving the boy dolls make up because without it all of there dolls look identical with no variation in the design other than the clothes which sucks
I prefer this Duece's clothes to his core look. Although I do prefer his black glasses and the jacket of his core doll. I like the more varied colour platte.
So excited to watch the movie 10/6. My reel drama Lagoona unfortunately is arriving late so at least I got a refund from Target 🐠🎉. I bought everything so far 😂 but most of it is for my daughter to open on her 9th bday 10/15. Clawdeens bedroom unfortunately probably won’t arrive until 10/28 I think it’s saying but that release honestly I wasn’t expecting. I’m so excited for the howliday Drac we actually don’t have any G1 Dracs so I def want her. Clawdeen we have Haunt Couture, Frankie is creeproduction and reel drama Lagoona. Hopefully Cleo and Ghoulia get some more accessible releases with the G1 look. 🤞
Hope your daughter has a very happy monster birthday! Clawdeen bedroom set would be a great Halloween treat to get all wrapped up with spooky paper… I used to do that for my friend’s daughter on holidays.
Sadly I really like G3 Frankie ,I really like the way the doll feels in your hand I think they’re cute ESPECIALLY this one. BUT until Mattel fixes the issues with the paint coming off of all dolls that have body paint… Frankie stitches, all of Lagoona’s bottom legs and Toreli’s stripes, idk if I will buy anymore In G3 there’s supposed to be a Twyla in Creepover but Twyla original had things painted on her too. Was REALLY looking forward to that. I can’t afford a sealant after buying dolls & I’m not a doll artist that I have it on hand, nor should anyone have to. Besides maybe G3 Draculaura and Ghoulia depending on the look. I can’t see me buying more dolls especially the ones I’m not that into of other characters either for me mostly one and done. I’m REALLY attracted to Frankie in G3 and well Lagoona I’ve always collected her so disappointed is a understatement. Wasn’t enough they made her pink changed everything bout her didn’t web her hands but not sealing the paint??! I’d say I’m SO disappointed in Mattel but they obviously do not care. My poor Lagoona is ruin just an hour of getting her out of box. I was SO enjoying G3 6 pack Frankie and fixing their hair til I noticed her stitches were rubbing away it’s like you can’t touch them AT ALL. Yep Mattel….. thats fun! Least their still making OG style let’s make them ALL of them plus creeped ready available already. Including creeproductions!! Lol sorry I needed to rant.! I also tried sealing Lagoona’s legs and it messed it up more worse
@@pxinkmoon I don't understand, but that doll is cool. I have it. I gave the boy doll to the Goodwill because it had too many snakes in his hair. I don't like snakes at all, but my Frankie dolls is cute. I like her outfit a lot.
Frankie being nonbinary is really exciting there's not many nonbinary characters especially in children's media. I'm loving this reboot so far and it's very nostalgic for me seeing the new dolls. Also fun fact deuce gorgon is cannonally transgender now ftm. Which I also think is really cool we're getting more representation in this new gen. I can't wait to find these dolls in my stores.
Frankie is the best looking one in this 2 pack, literally no one cares about Deuce lol and his doll is so flimsy I don’t like him at all I wish it was another ghoul, I decided to take his pants and put them on Ghoulia and she looks waaaaaay better now he’s just laying there pantless I could care less about him lol
