Monster High Skulltimate Secrets Lagoona blue doll review!

I love Lagoona honestly, I’m so glad that all the dolls are getting new screenings/makeup now

I was on the fence about this Lagoona bc I thought the lipstick was kind of garish, but she looks a lot better in your video than in the promo images! Also seeing all of these hibiscus prints on her clothes for this set reminds me of early 2000s Roxy/surfer girl clothes.

i cant help but miss the old character colorations that we grew up with. like frankie's green skin, lagoona's blue skin, and ghoulia's gray skin. obviously, a lot of people dont mind these changes and even prefer them this way, but why did mattel change the skin colors?

lagoona is my fav and im so sad she doesn't get as much attention as the others. she's perfect for those mermaid/siren fans! this version of her isn't my fav but she's still cute, hopefully they expand with their designs more in the near future! maybe some bright greenish-blue eyes would looks super pretty on her :)

I love the octopus shoes, gonna be replacing her core sandals with them because they're the shoes she's wearing regularly in the show!

At first I didn't like so much this Lagoona because of the color of her clothes, but looking at her in detail she looks super cute!! 💙 Also I guess the hair was super beautiful in this doll because her hair didn't come like in her core doll 👀 ofc

I know it's not for everyone but I LOVE the lip color on this Lagoona, this is the kind of experimentation I would actually like to see more out of g3 screenings. I passed on Lagoona's g3 core doll, but this skulltimate secrets one is a must for me. Her jacket and sneakers ✨️ I even like her hat I normally don't care for molded plastic hats.

Honestly I think that this doll did the G3 design some justice. Her mainline doll is nasty but this one looks good.

For me, it's the best Skulltimate doll I just love the clothing they gave to her, it's very sporty finally giving alumni Lagoona vibes! Also #TeamClawdeen

Those octopus shoes are FANGTASTIC.

You know, after seeing the real lagoona more, I like her a bit better, but I still miss her classic blue skin tone. She does look better than I thought

THOSE OCTOPUS SHOES ARE THE BEST SHOES IN G3 SO FAR OMG. I am so emotionally attached to lagoona and G3 has grown on me so well these last couple months. I love like every piece of clothing from this one which is great because as a draculaura guy, I really didn’t like dracs this time around Lolol. tbh I also love the bright blue lips it feels like an homage to her original design (blue skin and pink lips)!!! Unless Cleo or clawdeen rlly pulls through I think this is gonna be my favorite from the whole set

I would trade those tiny food accessories for a bag/backpack to complete the look.

Her hair is everything, I love love love the colours they choose. I also love the make-up, especially the lip color. However I'm still not a fan of her pink skin, well the shade they used. That combined with the character changes makes her a whole different character to me and not Lagoona. However I have accepted that this version of her character is not for me and appreciate her for what she is. I do love the idea of this line though and I hoping that there is a possibility they'll do a Catty & Venus eventually. Catty is my fav MH character of all time (Lagoona & Venus as close 2nd) and having G3 dolls of them as well would be so amazing.

im soooo tied between all of them so far. I love how frankie and drac's Skulltimate dolls look in their main outfits and th cohesion, but i really like the overall style of Lagoona. Its not too often that you see girl dolls in more punk/skater style fashion. I think the hat sold me though, i wear snapbacks almost all the time 🤣

I think Drac needs to be a slightly darker pink, while Lagoona needs to be a shade or two lighter. That pink skin just does not work for her 🥲

me, a brit, going through the unboxing part frame by frame to make sure there's a UKCA mark on it. for reference, anything that is sold in the UK has to have that mark on it, so that's basically a guarantee that they're coming to the UK. though, knowing our luck, probably 6 months after everyone else has them! we never get the store exclusives though unless ordered from third party sites :c

Ugh I've always LOVED the theming around Lagoona's doll (she was my second fav back in the day) and I think I'm finally coming around to her new design. I just hope in the future of G3, they continue pushing the themes for these characters more. I feel like these Skulltimate Secrets series had a good mix of "safe" and "experimental" so, hopefully we get more experimental stuff for the new gen!

At first I wasn't digging the lips and eyebrows but wow It kinda does go together with her skintone huh

Also the sole of his second pair of shoes has waves that similarly resemble the waves of Japanese murals.

I love the first outfit. It reminds me of growing up in San Diego with the LatinX vibes! I'm going to do my own video for this doll and dress up exactly like that outfit! I just have a few more things to get 😅 I'll link you when it's done and hopefully you will watch it 😁

I got them all except for Draculaura and even though Frankie is my absolute favorite I’ll have to admit that Lagoona is my favorite in this line she’s just so cute~💖

ty for the video, shes very cute ! i will say just a thing about your audio and i don't think its my headphones since ive tested them but this video in particular the audio was unbalanced so most of the audio was coming from my left headphone speaker, obviously you cant do anything about it now but just something to keep in mind ;w;

I just bought Frankie and Lagoona a couple days ago from Paulmart and I am so glad those are the ones I chose... After watching all the reviews those are the 2 that I like best so I got it right!!!! :) I am so happy!!! I had a hard time deciding which 2 to get and I just chose Frankie because they are my favorite in general and Lagoona because I thought I would like her better then Cleo or Clawdeen.... I can't wait until I get them!!!!! :)

Personally I love all of these ghouls and can’t wait to find these. I’m less a fan of the keys while I love that all the cubbies lock I think that it’s unnecessary for there to be multiple keys when they are all the same lock mechanisms…. I’m not sure what I’d do with them. I also don’t need them to be color changing and think it would be just as fun if you got a new key in the lockers with the accessories. But I’m not the demographic for that gimmick, lol. I really like that the accessories are packed into paper pouches and not more throw away plastic. The little hearts with scales and fins are adorable. I wish that there was more green instead of having two shades of pink for lagoona…just a thought not a complaint.

It drives me absolutely bananas that the dots on her forehead or so uneven. I really like her dolls but so far I haven't bought any of them because of these forehead dots. At least this time they're lighter so not quite as noticeable... But still :/ I don't know maybe I will just acetone them off and replace them with gems or something.

I think Lagoona is very cute. Love her hair and face but her fashion is a lot younger looking to me (Justice, Limited Too, etc) so I'm not a huge fan of her outfits.💜
