I like the idea of all monster hunter games having their own teams since each monster hunter game has its own feel. Calling Wilds a "Monster Hunter World 2" or a "Monster Hunter Rise 2" just takes away the identity of wilds or the contributions that other entries had into its devopment. All monster hunter games influence each other, not a vs b, and the community needs to realize that.

Correct me if im wrong Rise was in devolpment before Wilds Rise is the first MH game on the RE engine. Doesn't it make sense that MH devs use rises RE engine knowledge to transfer over to their future games (Wilds in this case)? Sorry for wording it incorrectly English isn't my first language

Absolutely! Those engineers from Rise have put a ton of work into Wilds for sure.
