It is an absolutely dumb weapon. (in a good way) If you do the shield dodge then stab combo the stab does as much as the three poke combo in a fraction of the time. The shield dodge stab spam gives you block frames for over 60% of the time fighting the monster, and if you feel like its mistimed you can just hold block, then go back to the stabbing. You literally hold block and bounce back and forth between Y and B (on xbox controller). It just DESTROYS monsters while being extremely safe.
