Back in my day we didn't have any fancy shmancy hunter arts. Any hunter worth his salt would've had to pull a sword out of a ground before he could make a name for 'imself.
Honestly with worlds skipping the switch. If they can combine this type of graphical style, a lil updated like botw, with the mechanics and gameplay of worlds, it would be a pretty lit game. Hoping nintendo would take this approach.
i miss this game... i used to play it all the time but we only had the demo, it was still fun until my sister deleted it, but now im watching the anime instead
Rioen Rayoke yeah I thought about that. I even have Homebrew to play imported games on my American 3DS, but the hard part is that I can't buy games online (such as eBay) since I'm still young. I wouldn't mind playing it in Japanese and I could just download an English patch too.
PowerShock X the cutscenes look great but honestly the overworld and people look better in yo Kai watch. Plus the demo of this had lots of framerate drops, even on a new 3ds xl
I'm used to it after listening to the twentieth streamer say Rathian like Wraith-ian instead of Wrath-ian... EVEN THOUGH they somehow understand Rathalos as Wrath-alos and not Wraith-alos...
Oozette yeah there is customization but you can't change your age appearance. Your character is about 13 years old when you take on the Kinship Stone (says so in the wiki I believe).
I hope it does... a series like this would sweet; for what I saw, seems that they didn't put all they wanted to put (look at the DLC monsters and other that are still missing). I guess that Stories was a test to see if people would be interested. Think about the future possibilities.... more weapons, underwater exploration, more story, more monsters (also maybe new exclusive ones)... and hopefully the possibility ride a little Dalamadur while you shoot with an HB.
Just wondering, while playing the demo, did you experience any massive frame rate drops? It happened to me a bunch of times and I wanna know if its normal..
Josh B39 I definitely agree. I played the MHG demo and I loved how the battles kept you on your toes and really made you consider your situation. I also played the MHS demo and, yes, it's a little Pokémon-ish but it does a outstanding job of staying towards its MH roots and still being unique.
J Swizzle yeah! I mean i'm a poekmon fan but i know it didn't invent the genre or trademark it, and each game from the genre brings its own interesting spin!😍
i would say this is more of a turn based version of Spectrobes Origins cause the trainer fights as well, the way you get monsters isnt too different either, find a monster thingy at a hidden place, take it back to get the monster out of it. thats probably my favourite Wii game so i can dig this being used for monster hunter
I hope Nibersnarl is in this game. Really do not like that monster, so I would love to be able to order one around. Same with Khezu, who I know is in the game, and Gypoceros.
Well this game is actually a Spin-off of the original Main Series so everything in MH Stories works completely different from the actual MH Games but i can assure you nonetheless that the Main Series is very enjoyable as well
Raven Corvinus it enjoyable but not everybody can play it(the people who give up fast)...My friend play it for two minute later his Give up...heck his give up playing pokemon so fast...He only know to play CoD
Yeah i know. Actually i´m pretty much a Newcomer myself. I started the MonHun Franchise roughly 5 Months ago with MH4U and MHgen, but in that short amount of time i already exceeded HR 200 in the latter. It is frustrating at times i agree but if you finally manage to take down one of those Monsters you feel like you really acomplished something and i think that satisfaction is what keeps a lot of People going :-)
Wow, this guy doing the voice-over is really boring. Next time, let Bill and Reggie get into some kind of ad-lib banter argument. I'm pretty sure you guys can just keep recorders in the vicinity of Bill and Reggie and used whatever is said as a voice-over for any trailer/commercial.
Oh hello there i liked the game. And i also decided buying it. Monster hunter stories is really good. Also your design in 3ds consoles like the special edition ones looks so nice. And perfect design too. I got the game from the nintendo eshop. I tried it and the game looks pretty well desgined. Like the rathalos and every single monstie in the game.
