I am 100% serious when I say this: I will literally drive down and help you guys into Monster Hunter so you can experience this game. Monster Hunter World is Capcom’s best selling game EVER, more than any Resident Evil game and more than any Street Fighter game. It’s for a reason, and I want you guys to be able to experience it! I don’t care when, I don’t care how, but you guys need to play it, and I know it’s a lot to digest when you first boot up the game, so I will drive down or call or whatever works to help simplify everything to make it easier for you guys to get into it. But it needs to happen.
the big gun is separate from the big sword, it's showing off the new ability to bring two weapons and switch on the go as opposed to the past games one weapon
One of the best franchises out there thang is verging the line between mainstream and cult favourite. Wilds is focussing way more on the animalistic interactions and the nature of everything and it’s just beautiful man
These games are awesome but the barrier for entry is steep... my struggle with Monster Hunter World was and still is UX/UI design, it's not bad at all but it's confusing and the game doesn't do a great job explaining what is what. Other than that there are some crucial and more nuanced mechanics the game just doesn't tell you about or tells you once vaguely. So great game with steep learning curve but also you'll have a better time with someone teaching you than on your own.
