I’m one of the skinniest guys even among average people. But for some reason I have muscular thick traps and delts. And weirdly those are the muscles I barely train. I’m wider at clavicle area than a person 10 kilos heavier than me. That helps me look significantly bigger than I actually am. Same with the long head of my triceps. A tank top friendly body type I would say.
Believe or not I have some serious upper chest development and people ask me how, and I basically don’t know what to answer 😂 I just train chest overall and upper fibers wanted to grow af 😂

@@steveazusa You're 100% right. Look at Bill Goldberg, best traps I've ever seen. Accentuated by the big frame and wide clavicles. A 5'10" guy with an average frame can never achieve that look.

I've never met anyone with muscle implants that like them. It usually hurts them all the time and gets in the way as they are non functional. Everytime 300 was with me and jostled too quickly he would fall over in pain.
I don’t know everything about the human body but I think it’s a lot harder to get Knocked out with a neck like that 👀💯💕🔥✨✨✨✨a lot harder for the opponent 😮

Top Strongmen don't have abs, neither do super heavy powerlifters, super heavy Olympic weightlifters, linemen in American football, majority of rugby players, the heavyweight boxing champion of the world Tyson Fury. Bro, an alpha can have abs yes but they don't have to have them. They don't need traps either. Traps are more alpha though as they signify strength whereas abs just mean dieting / restricted calorie intake.
@@murozman diet achieved abs are for beta males. But the ones achieved through core workouts for stronger core are absolutely something else. That is why i respect Calisthenics too.
@@sobesthename Bro abs are a product of low body fat, hence a product of diet. Purely diet. You can do as many 'core' workouts as you want but that won't get you abs if your diet is shit and your body fat isn't low. Then you'll see some skinny teenager with good abs that doesn't even train.
@@murozman this is absoloutly incorrect, developed abs show at a higher body fat, strongmen can have abs at 25% body fat because of how well developed they are

Если трапеции прокачанны , и из за них выпирают мышцы шеи , и кажется что шея широкая - это не значит что шея накачанная . Тут у половины атлетов шеи просто нет .
i worked out my body but never my neck or traps. I thought when people talk about neck size their referring to your traps but no. So i measured my neck size is 18". I wonder does anyone know what neck size of this dude they call Neckzilla?
