but paramore did move away? They went form pop punk emo to poppy synth type weird stuff. I mean I defended them with Self titled and though I liked AL it was certainly the moment they changed audience and even Hayley often bashes the pop punk scene now. Shame because I loved them they were my number 1 band but they have drifted away a ton these last years

@@ryanwood6754 And I agree, in their compositions there have been many mutations with respect to the original Paramore sound. And according to my musical tastes, I also prefer the old Paramore. Although I was not referring to this, but to the fact that over the years they have maintained their initial freshness and cheerful, carefree, mischievous and playful "youthful" attitude, not deified like other successful bands but remaining close to their fans in each one. of the stages you have described. Precisely this free, vital and adventurous attitude is what has encouraged them not to remain immobile and has led them to explore different musical styles. I didn't like some of those changes, but tastes are always subjective. On a personal level they did go through a very hard time when the drummer and guitarist left in a poisonous breakup that could have destroyed the freshness of Hayley and the rest of the Band, but amazingly that spirit remained. At least according to my perception.

Replace Three Days Grace with Green Day and it's a solid list. I personally just don't like when they cover Three Days Grace, Breaking Benjamin, or Linkin Park just because those are my favorite bands and the covers don't even come close to the originals.

@@sethbowling Yes, Green Day was one of the Bands I was thinking of when I said "and others...". But how could I exclude Three Days Grace from the list when they were able to claim that "I hate everything about you." Now they would be considered politically incorrect. Jokes aside, I personally share your musical preferences, but in my comment I was not talking about particular tastes, not even mine. In fact I preferred the old Paramore to the later evolution. No, I was just referring to the proximity to their fans and the ability to maintain that closeness and freshness even when they changed musical styles and met other fans. I have always distinguished between original songs that express the soul of the author and the emotional connection of each Band when they play in front of their fans. They are different emotions. One is the emotion that Breaking Benjamin transmits to me, for example in So Cold and another very different one is the one that F211 makes me feel with its excellent Cover. Because I appreciate that performance, do I stop recognizing BB? Not at all. They are two different emotional bonds. And with regard to Linkin Park, it is evident that no Cover is going to resurrect Chester for us, but some with enough talent can pick up his creative torch and update it to make us feel their way, with another different personal touch, something that makes us look forward. move forward instead of just suffering its absence. It is called evolution and it is what tries to combat the regression that nostalgia entails. The serious thing would be if F211 uploaded only Covers of soft and stupid Poppy Songs. Been around for 6 years too. They were good in the past. Then they got absolutely amazing 3 years ago, and now? They are absolutely freaking incredible.

F211+Paramore = pleasure guaranteed. Perfection does not exist in our world. Everything can be improved. IMO

No, Hayley has a better voice.

This was the last terrific song in the old Paramore style. In a lot of ways, F211 captures their spirit and talent.
