Find sand crabs; find red perch. Look for them at your feet on out going wave. Best time hour before and hour after tide.

Try small curly tail grubs in motor oil color with a spinner blade in front. I have been trying to get people to try it out for me and can email you how to rig it up if you would like. It works awesome

Hey John looks like it was a beautiful day and you even managed some fish what do you know about that. Hey do you guys get sand crabs up that far. Or is the water too cold

do I need a license to fish in Oregon? size limitation? quantity limitation per daily catch? beautiful video clip. 👍👍👍👍

Yes, you will need a license and I don’t believe there was a size limit. As for catch limit, I think it is 12, but I would check their regulations. Thank you for watching and commenting as well. 🙏

Cool video do you get hassled by the sheriff ? He told me I couldnt fish 1000 feet of Haystack Rock. I thought I was legal but apparently, he didn't think so. He didnt give me a ticket. I wonder if someone saw me fishing and called him?

Haystack rock and surround area is protected which is why you can’t fish within a certain distance of it. There’s signs up by haystack rock stating this.
