R.I.P Take It Back My other favorites are Take Me Higher and all songs from Instinct (Enemy, Kill The Lights & Chromatically) Worst : The Epic Octopus Song Eh, this month was average. I started lose interest on Monstercat, but NCS was quite better in terms (NCS could be phenomenal this month, if not yanvince's EP)

Quite diverse month, however, also containing a lot of disappointments to me. I'd say this month was above average though as I enjoyed a handful of songs (Heaven, Right Here, Right Now, Liminal, Bones, and Leave The World Behind).

I liked the same amount of silk songs as uncaged and instinct this month. Dang. At least bad computer came back with more complextro (which I'd argue is his best genre). (And this is from someone that isn't a bc fan)

Are you never including silk in your rankings? I mean, im not like the hugest silk fan myself but where does the light go by oracle and holochrome is deffo worth checking out imo!

This month at least tries to carry the momentum from last November, with quite possibly one of the best rosters I've seen in a while. Skybreak, Blanke, Haywyre, Bad Computer, Retrovision, Chime, Fairlane, Tisoki, Curbi, and more. However, while there haven't been any blatant atrocities, there were a fair share of disappointments... 15. 5.5/10, I have a weird feeling that the microcelebrity album might just be milking WYGD as much as possible. Hopefully that isn't the case. 14. 6/10, I had pretty high expectations for this track, and overall... I'm not all too sold on it. 13. 5/10, Big step down from 2nite. 12. 5/10, Still don't really care all too much for phonk. 11. 7.5/10, Seems like Skybreak is sticking with this sort of color riddim style. Not as good as Lightbringer or Accelerate, but still pretty good. 10. 6.5/10, Still doesn't match up with the highs of tracks like Used to Losing You and Talk To You, but it is a decent listen. 9. 7/10, Might just grow on me. 8. 5/10, I mean, it's interesting, I guess... but it is all over the place. 7. 7/10, It's short, it's probably not Tisoki's best, but if we get more trap songs like this... we could get something special eventually. 6. 5.5/10, Probably the biggest disappointment of the month. 5. 5/10, It's close, but for now, this is my least favorite. The appeal isn't clicking with me yet, but we'll see if Mr.Bill can win me over. 4. 7.5/10, Whereas with this one, I had a feeling Haywyre's new run would win me over eventually. 3. 6/10, I usually don't have strong opinions on this sort of retro trance style, but I guess it's surprising to see it here. 2. 6/10, This was so close to working, but the kick is kinda garbage. 1. 8.5/10, I mean, was it ever going to be anything else? 15. Bishu’s LP is shaping up to be pretty interesting to me 14. Aw I actually really like this song. Also sounds like a better version of Let Me Go imo 13. Pretty gud first release of the year 12. This is definitely a bounce, a bop, a slap, a knock 11. First meme song of the year is meme material 10. Insanity this track has 9. These guys’ LP should be this year’s TOB 8. Ditto with Skybreak, this time better 7. Good flip 6. AI aside, it’s good song 5. Mr. Billy’s LP should be like BT’s LP from this song 4. It’s Haywyre 3. The “return” of Volant was a surprisingly great trance track 2. Somehow Curbi’s best in a while 1. Only found out BC was a part of THIRST until September last year, but that aside, this one’s typically great material from him

15. Ngl Bishus tracks often sound kinda filler to me, and this aint no expection 14. The heavy drops are literally the only thing that makes this song enjoyable in any way for me, cos ive already heard enough of this stupid rocktronic in my life 13. This is just a straightup snoozefest with annoying vocals, 2Nite was deffo a much better song to start off the year with 12. Man why did phonk even have to become a thing on MC? And why are of all artists, these 3 producing it? I feel like rameses b is also slowly starting to ruin his career with all the phonk hes been doing lately 11. This is kind of the sea turtles of 2024 for me, cos of it being memey and stuff. But it sure is a very fun track with a whole bunch of earcandy 10. That 1st drop is sick, explosive and almost a little intimidating at the same time. But i only wish the 2nd was as great as the 1st 9. Istg, i have no idea why i love that lead so much but i somehow do. The funky vibes in the verses are also a welcome suprise from him just like the 4 to the floor beat 8. When they hit, the drops surely sound very sick and experimental, but i feel like they drag on for to long making it almost feel like youre getting sucked into an endless abyss lmao 7. Ignoring the songs length, ifl the drops kinda lack the impact that the buildup hypes them up for 6. Im not the hugest fan of this kind of generic bass house, and yeah, i do have to agree with you on that vocal sample 5. The drop does indeed have some catchiness, but i think in general the songs just too long for its own good 4. This certainly lacks the impact that white lie had on all of us, but i like the vibe thats chill & funky at the same time 3. I cant say ive listened to a lot of trance, but ig this is kinda standard for the genre, also why isnt this on instinct? 2. These vocals together with the drop make up for an insanely catchy tune, but the idea seems kinda basic ig 1. This is the most obvious nr 1 pick, i dont believe how i almost forgot abt this song. Its got nice piano work, BCs absolutely groovy production and pretty epic synths. That 2nd drop also goes kinda crazy ngl

Best: 4D, The Epic Octopus Song, Kill The Lights & Chromatically Worst: Take It Back Overall, very meh month. Not a great start so far but I'm hoping that the label can get better in the months ahead.
