Indigo 132 yeah the most impressive one for me was Bassnectar and Ragga Twins (dirtyphonics did'nt Really suprise me) or kill the noise cause They're originally OWSLA artists
Best compilation of 2017. We’ve got a spectacular lineup of artists, new and old, some huge names, and extremely good songs like Stay, New Dawn, Vantablack, I could go on. I’m definitely gonna look into buying this one.
*YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!* I was just stating to get worried that today's upload was getting delayed!
It's also the first Uncaged Album with a major ton a heavy drops, as well as Dubstep drops (also the first Uncaged Album with some rock influence too, which I find it powerful too). ;D Wish there'd be an 8D audio of this whole entire Monstercat album mix too, lol.
I still very much miss those visuals. No clue why they felt the need to turn the Monstercat into a skeleton. This is so much better and feels way more fitting. Angry Cat screams "Uncaged" much more than... dead skeleton.
In my opinion though, while I can agree with you with that this background visual is still the best & worth looking of with the songs here, I think a few skeleton heads (just by the expression look) fit perfect with some of the songs (like the style on Escape & Numb fit perfect with the expression & robot design on Vol. 5, and the style on Vagrant, the MUZZ tracks & Neo Soul fit perfect with the background on Vol. 10), but at least the background for Vol. 8 & 9 showed a moving black cat (in 8, the cat runs faster through the forest to the temple thing, and in 9, where he walks up the tower). It also took like around between 5 & 10 minutes for me to write this comment of mine to get it as good as I can try.
I know your comment is almost a year old, but at least Uncaged Vol. 11 mix (which remains the final Uncaged Album ever) has showed a touch of a roaring cat contained in the animation (and no skeleton face showing at all). :)
@@zappinghero4690 I understand where you are coming from, but is that not also just some actual (big) cat? A puma, maybe. To me, it is not "The Monstercat", but rather " A Puma". Not saying it does not look good, I just think it does not fit as well anymore.
In my opinion Monstercat turned a bit better again in the last months. In 2016 I didn't like the music mostly. But in this mix there are some amazing bangers, for example Nobushi, Swarm, Confessions, Vantablack etc. Keep it going! #backtotheroots
Me too, this one and Instinct Vol. 1 are probably my top 2 new favorites (mainly because of having Puppet, Bishu, Notaker, Cozi Zherlessdorff & Jay Cosmic on a one same mix). :)
I decided to wait until the album came out to hear it. While I was waiting, my headphones broke. So I said “I don’t care if it comes out, I ain’t listening to it until I have headphones” Today is Black Friday. This is a good album. :)
I went to play some games on Miniclip and Nitrome while listening to most of this album mix. On Miniclip I went to play a bit Tanki Online until the song Lighthouse approached, and then in the spooky area of this mix I went to play Graveyard Shift on Nitrome, and until New Dawn (by Bad Computer) approached, I went to play Fault Line, gosh some of these songs fit really well with some online games. :-)
If we could a version of "stay tonight" with a remix by PBN or someone like Spag Heddy that's less hard dance/ bounce i think we'd literally the best song ever made
People seem to be hyping this up so much. It’s a good album, but I’m not sure it’s one of the best... Just my opinion. If this is your favourite album then that’s awesome.
James Watford None of the Uncaged albums is worth calling a favourite. If anybody does, he obviously hasn't listened to all the other albums more than once.
