With the direction this show is going, I can totally imagine Val telling Needleman and Smitty to handle any dead doors. Also, what if Tyler does start to work for Fear Co as a scarer, then sees the actual pain he's putting the children through while doing so like when Sully noticed Boo getting scared by him back in Monsters Inc? Tyler could realize the hard way that his dream of becoming a scarer isn't worth the trauma he's putting the kids through and go back to Monsters Inc.
