I was the second bass player in a band called Shockbox. I aways hoped Jonny would ask me t play with him. He was working with Pivot Man. Jonny cut my guitar players hair at the time.

I love hearing you both talk about your time on the cruise and the “cruisers”. The washy washy stuff. It’s that same stuff everyday. I just got off a ship Sunday, my band had a 3 month contract with a big cruise line. It was quite the experience..

I think if you're gonna go on one of these cruises as a muso/star you've gotta know what to expect and embrace it and just enjoy the adulation. Great to hear all you guys and Stephen has a great time. BTW Queensryche only did 5 songs off their excellent new album not 10.

Based on what I SAW him do to contestants on “you think you can shread” Kip Winger is an ass. Most of these people were just there to have fun, took guts and good spirit to get up there but he chose to be an ass. The other judges were nice in telling them, you don’t cut it. Don’t care for him at all.
