Breeding season of birds of prey. Growing nestlings in the nest Montagus harrier, Circus pygargus. Adult birds feeding their chicks in the nest on the ground.
We're lucky enough to get Montagu & Hen Harriers breeding in our neck of the woods, although these past five years or so sadly their No's have gone into a sharp decline. Great video, Thanks for sharing. 👍
Beautiful birds , they sometimes come to Srilanka during the winter months on their migrations, the harriers , and have photographed them . Thank you for posting. Great! 👍
Thank you for sharing this awesome video. I enjoyed watching it very much. The flight shots were absolutely gorgeous. How long were these chicks filmed, that is, from the start of this video, to when they fledged?

@@westelaudio943 harriers, kites, eagles, hawks , vultures and buzzards all belong to the same family, while the osprey is the only member of its own family

There were 3 big chicks and 1 small chick in the beginning, near the end we see only 2 survived...what happened to the other chicks? Wildlife and the natural order of life and death has been captured on video, why was it omitted in this video? Wildlife videos should never be censored for any reason!
I didn't understand why they changed the nest ... they were recording in a nest with 4 chicks ... then they were showing one with two ... they should have done the filming with the same nest
