Montana Fly Fishing Report, April 16-30 

Montana fly fishing report April 16-30 has been great! The Flathead River has been great, local lakes and the Missouri River. From westslope cutthroat trout, grayling, rainbow trout, pike, lakers and brown trout. The fish have been cooperative. The Flathead River is still in fishable shape but will be blowing out with runoff any day now. The local lakes are fishing great for pike, grayling and cutthroat. The Missouri River is nymphing solid, good dry fly fishing and streamer fishing has been ok if you play the game.
