Just got my mini speedgoat in the mail today the magnacut version. They were sold out in under 5 minutes this time around. Quality product but they could do a better job of providing inventory.
Lucky I wanted a mini speedgoat or nock on and they have been sold out. I had to get a stonedgoat 2.0 for now. Hopefully I can find or trade out for one of the others one day if I find one
I was reluctant to buy one. But i finally pulled the trigger and got one. Well now i cannot wait for drop night to get another. I have 3 different models now.
I prefer having a gut hook knife for field dressing....just makes the process easier and faster me. Fixed blade buck knife with s35vn steel. These MKC knives look sweet though and they are made with good steel.
@@diezelvh4133 magnacut and s35vn are very similar when it comes to edge retention, durability and corrosion resistance....that said MKC doesn't sell a knife with a gut hook and I can get a buck knife that does have one in S35VN for 1/3rd the cost! Its a no Brainer for me. I have skinned 8 deer and 1 bear with my buck knife and havent had to sharpen it yet....not saying MKC makes bad knives but there are cheaper better options in my opinion.
