Hunting wolves has been and will always be a controversial subject. Some say they should be left on the endangered species list and other say get them out. I say they need to be managed properly, like any other animal. Otherwise you'll run into an overpopulation issue. Hunters and trappers target the North American Grey wolf and coyotes in an on the ground effort to keep the numbers in check.
My good buddy Tony is one of those hunters who targets wolves and today he was successful in harvesting a large male. I helped with the pack-out and was able to capture some of it on camera.
