Montea fortifies its footprint in France
For over a decade, Montea has been championing the development of sustainable warehouses in France. This is exemplified by our project in Athies, near Arras, catering to Groupe Advitam. This facility, dedicated to gardening and landscaping, houses a diverse inventory of over 7,000 items.
What began as a simple lease arrangement has blossomed into a thriving long-term collaboration with the group. The new building, operational for the past three years, shows our successful partnership, forged on shared values and a mutual commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR).
Presently managing 200,000 m² strategically positioned across Île-de-France, Hauts-de-France, the Lyon region, Provence, the Atlantic coast, and Centre-Val de Loire, Montea has firmly entrenched itself in key locations. Our clear objective is to surpass the 500,000 m² milestone in the near future, achieved through the construction of turnkey buildings adhering to the latest standards in construction, usage, and sustainability.
