I remember when Hwy 105 between I-45 and Montgomery was a quiet 2 lane country road, now it is a traffic nightmare and Lake Conroe had huge pine trees lining the shores without a development in sight, now it is all overrated and over priced.
would you recommend spring over Montgomery for an investment real estate [ property to rent ] ? I noticed prices in Spring are higher but wanted to get your valuable input. thank you
I come from the North UK my bf is in Conroe , if i visited in the future would it be hard for me to walk around? i imagine a car is absolutely necessary, are their any local buses? I feel i might be overwhelmed by America and Texas as I'm from such a tiny and densely packed country :)
