And if you think kami lang titira sa 3 beds na to, hindi po mag make sense yun kadi dalawa lang kame ni wife :) Currently 2 families po nasa bahay, and soon may isa pang ma add for the 3rd room, and soon, another family will rent the basement. Hmmm.. tell me kung mali ginawa po namin :)

May interest pa 7 percent lock in for 5 years. thats why hindi ako kumuha ng bahay kasi ang dami pa bayaran.. not mor5gage alone.. yes may equity sya.. pero kina calculate ko sya in my 5 years kung inipon ko ang pera ko combined with my husband as what im doing now nagkaroon kmi ng 120k for 5 years ipon.. hindi lang yan kung wala lang mga unexpected emergency sa pinas more pa... kaya takot ako mag tapon ng pera para sa bills.. ang hirap mag trabaho tas mapupunta lang sa bills and repair.. lugi para sa akin...
My friend who lives in Calgary doesn’t take any realtor representative instead he goes directly to sales consultant from the builder bought brand new townhomes and he save 10k cause representative also take money from the builder when the townhomes was sold . So for those who are interested to buy house try this experience.
That's what we did when we bought a new build, but when things go wrong, it's better if you get a realtor to represent you coz some builders doesnt care at all.
They should have used a Realtor to represent them. Before listing that property, the owner has already agreed to give at least 2.5 percent to the buyer’s agent and another 2.5 percent to the seller’s agent. So , since they didn’t use any agent to represent them, the entire commission went to the seller’s agent. The buyer’s agent could have helped them negotiate more on price as well as the repairs and warranties. Despite the fact that it’s a new construction, there’s still things that an experienced Realtor can help after a home inspection has been done.

Yong Bahay namin sa Las Vegas 3 Bedrooms nakuha namin 260,000 nag Down kami 60,000 tapos pinapaupaan namin 2,000 bayad banko 1,200 pero pag nag move kami doon i full payment naminnpara wala ng Problema nga Estemate nya ngayon nasa 423,477 na kaya bale 12 year na yong nag uupa bayad sa bako may sobra pa😂😂😂😂😂

Dont they charge you any mortgage insurance for down of less than 20%, here in BC we have that. What about the cost for water & sewage, is that included in utilities expenses you mentioned.

Hi congratulations for your new home, i have an inquiry sa last vlog mo parang na mention mo na if di pa PR sa canada with SP status pa you need to pay a downpayment of 20% from the mortgage price. Since you only paid 5% so meaning you already have a PR status ba? I just wanted to ask baka may consideration on paying lower down payment kahit hindi pa PR. Thank you.

$2400 for a mortgage and it is a row townhouse. That is your biggest mistake. Condo fee - just throwing money away. That mortgage you can already afford to buy a single house… and you also bid. Rookie mistake bigtime

I agree, big mistake with the bidding. Also, the community condo townhouse is not ideal. They should have looked for a freehold townhouse. I feel na madalian ang pagpurchase nila ng property. Share ko lang. I almost got sucked into bidding war, I was willing to pay over asking price $20 to 30 grand. It might have been more i think. We were the highest bidder. However, the sellers decline us because of our clause pending sale of our current house at the time. Btw, i wasn’t even that in love with the property. We were just running out of houses to buy. Altho, i love the location. We waited out a few weeks and found this other house that is abandon meaning no one lives in it. Apparently, it had been in the market for awhile. It was outdated but it was perfect cuz we can do our own reno. The only issue was minor leak from the main bathroom to the ceiling of our dining which we took advantage of to bring down the cost of the selling price. The best part is it is on the same location we wanted. Also, the sq fottage is bigger that the house that we bidded on. We got v lucky.

May I just comment, diko napo nakita ang vlog mo na nagsasabi ka about the taxatuon of Canada and Philippinesna pareho pong 30% ang income tax. Hindi po 30% ang income sa Pilipinas. Socialized na ang tax sa Phils under the TRAIN Law na pinirmahan ni Pres. Duterte. I have a business here sa Pinas ans I only pay 2% percentage tax. Please mag research muna kayo about TRAiN law and content nya bago po kaya mag comment na 30% ang tax sa Pinas. Kumakalat po ang maling info dahil ang daming nagvvlog na hindi gumagawa ng thorough research.
