WillroyTheNoScoper in a nut shell the pinnacle of skill ,S tier people don't have anything to prove their skill is self evident and unquestionable. examples. joe mad, chuck jones, akira toryama, most from the howard pyle school of illustration, katashiro otomo, kim jung gi , katsuya terrada , adam huges to name a few. it's basically a game reference it's a rank better then A tier you cant get higher then S tier if you want the really short answer.
