Monthly Knife Club- Advanced Plan !!! 

I've suffered with stress, anxiety and depression since childhood, but I managed to stumble my way through it, taking the rough with the smooth, always wondering what the hell was wrong me, for the next 50 odd years. Then something happened in September last year that completely knocked me for six. It's been a horrible time, my emotions are all over the place from minute to minute. It is literally one step at a time. Talking openly about it (when you feel ready) really does help. Sending thoughts and prayers to you and your family from the UK 🇬🇧. Stay safe my friend.

Sorry Brad I know this I very long so apologizing in advance. I couldn’t tell you how many key clips I’ve had to buy over the years from these springs giving out I think the longest I’ve had one last was maybe 10yrs shortest was I think 6 months. I have ptsd from being beaten over the head 20 times with a billy style club when I was a NYS licensed security guard private security for local businesses back in 2005 a week after my oldest son’s birthday hospital and everything. Paramedic thought my skull was fractured because I was joking with him all the way to the hospital like my dad always said I had a hard head but had no idea how right he was. My skull never broke needed 15-20 staples in my scalp most of which I felt all of them even with the morphine. Had broken finger and a broken finger tip. But worst damage was that for 5 yrs every night I’d have a nightmare reliving it because I didn’t know how my oldest son would take it and a couple months before my youngest son was born. I’ve been full time single father since April 2006. It wasn’t until jan 2020 to august 2023 my last 2 wisdom teeth were causing bad medical problems that my ptsd even started to cause serious problems never saw anyone for it that was when Covid hit. Seemed like high blood pressure I was freaking out for no reason had to take Tylenol cause I knew my body was feeling tremendous pain even if I couldn’t. Apparently the roots were blocking my left sinus cavity and pain receptors/nerves. Also transmission shit the fan couldn’t afford to buy a rebuilt one so did it myself again so had to walk everywhere for a few months that helped from the sweating made sure to use herbs and spices that would help with what seemed like high blood pressure. I’m better now for sure but find your what’s best for you. I don’t use AC at all unless absolutely necessary it tricks the body into not sweating and getting whatever toxins or whatever bad stuff out of the body. They don’t have AC in Europe or UK as far as I know major sweating helps like walking the dog around the block or a couple blocks might help.

Decent box this month. The shot glass looks cool. Cordage is never sexy but always welcome. The dump pouch would be good for slingshot ammo or foraging for mushrooms, berries, etc. Or just to dump your pockets from your day. I've done either that or dump into my hat instead of an actual dump tray. The keychain for $19.95??? Ya, that's gonna be a huge no for me, dog. I, too, like Gerber knives. This one looks decent.
