I didn't think this one was going to go.....My son likes me to record these sirens each month, but when it's ZERO outside with a minus -20 degree windchill, they don't always sound them (plus I freeze my arse off). I couldn't even use the tripod because there was a busy road.....and piles of snow everywhere else! The siren was snow filled from a winter snow several days ago, much like the Bloomington MN one we did a few years back. It does alert and attack, but this one seems to be struggling on the attack mode, and only rotates when it's winding up to full power, maybe this type of siren does this? I would assume it's cold and tired to stop spinning intermittently, but who knows!
