Facility Features:
Monti Physical Fitness Center is a state-of-the-art fitness facility with cardio and weight rooms outfitted with the latest equipment on the market. Cardio equipment includes Concept 2 Rowers, Life Fitness Treadmills, Precore and Life Fitness Ellipticals, Adaptive Motion Trainers and Incline Trainers. The weight room is outfitted with Hammer Strength Life Fitness free-weight equipment. The Fitness room has Nautilus Selectorized equipment.
There are two multipurpose classrooms which house aerobic, special events and group physical training. Ample locker rooms and showers complete with saunas. There is a 25 meter, 8 lane Sprint Turf, designed to practice Army Combat Fitness Test that can also be used for other functional fitness activities.
Please note: children ages 12 and under are not permitted in the facility, children ages 13 to 15 must be actively participating in the same activity and under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian. Ages 16 and older may use the facility unaccompanied.
