Wow! People thought the trucks were joining the parade! How stupid can you get? And climbing on the back of the fire truck? Those cops should have arrested them on the spot. Idiots.
In complete fairness, maybe don't have sports team iconography (trophy, flags) on in-service emergency vehicles if you plan on having them respond to emergencies during/before/after said sporting events. I get that people here were being dumb, but this seriously sent some mixed messages, I would have even been a bit confused as to if this was an emergency or a celebration.
bloody hell. Say what you will about Canuck fans, at least they waited until after the Canucks lost to riot...and I don't remember them interfering with the fire department...
