Today Friday October 28th 2022 the Secretary of State Anthony J. Blinken was on a visit in Montréal, Québec, Canada and a meeting with Mélanie Joly to discuss foreign affairs. A motorcade composed of the United States dignitaries was spotted at Square Victoria in the downtown core escorted by SPVM officers and Urgences Santé paramedics.
