Montz LA Pump Station pump malfunction 

Drainage pumps at US61 and Prescott Rd in Montz, Louisiana in the Parish of St Charles. I noticed one pump over revving, bogging and blowing a lot of black smoke early one Sunday morning and pump was only pumping at half capacity as shown in the discharge pipes.
