Paul, I love your channel and have learned so many great things from you. I loved the day in the life of a Teppanyaki chef and hope you do more thing along that line. One thing that I have been trying to find is the process you use to clean your Flat Top grill. I would watch a full video on that and I feel like it would get a lot of traction. Thanks for all the great content!
Have one. I wish Monument would do something about the razor sharp edges their manufactorer leaves along the bottom of the side trays, really a safety problem.
Brother, believe it or not I run the grill at McDonald's as well as travel to other McDonald's to train grill. I do tricks and beats when I'm grilling fast food. I love your videos man! Just started watching and I plan to learn brother!
My one recommendation would be to turn off the continual autofocus on your camera. Go with MF or SF, that way once you get it focused on you, you won't get those constant searches that flares the background, etc. Love your cooking!
Hey Paul! I’m really considering applying at a local teppan restaurant and eventually moving up to chef. Any tips or advice? I’ve been cooking and I got almost everything down even tricks. Where should go from here?
Hey Paul, I know how to cook on one of those kind of grills. I’m 62 years old I’ve been cooking on a Weber grills for a long time. I like the Blackstone hibachi videos. You actually teach me something on those. You’re not going to be able to teach me anything on a regular grill. Cook a ribeye on high 5 mins per side. Reduce heat to low and depending on how thick it is go a few more minutes per side. So twice per side. I know they probably paid you to advertise for them, but I grill on Weber. Enjoy your griddle videos. Thanks.
