Mayor Stoney , remember when you add context all people all colors were at fault. William Ellison was a black slave owner and breeder in South Carolina and there are more. Many were free blacks. The only suppression to people today is yourself. It's time to stop blaming people and start teaching people that your the one in control not statues that are on a pedestal. Stop blaming.
