Definitely going to make this. Like many of Wally's dishes after making them a few times u realise how simple they are yet very rewarding. So many of the same core ingredients can make a huge variety of flavours and different food.
Looks better & I'll bet tastes better than from a restaurant. Add to your daughter's veggie diet by adding some broccoli tips, sliced scallions & water chestnuts for a little crunch too. No more takeout Chinese Moo Goo Guy Pan for me! Love the idea of dark thigh meat for more flavor 👍
