There are a bunch of really great guitarplayers that deliver great musical tracks and great playing on their demo videos for new gear. Yours however are just better than the rest IMO. Amazing how well (authentic) you cover all these musical styles in arrangement and in playing. Until now Mooer products delivered great value for money. The GE300 is however priced close to a Helix LT, GT1000 and Headrush. When it comes down to features and durability it can probably handle the competition. I wonder how the quality of the amp sounds (not if its sound like the real deal) holds up to the others.

Rick Laurens thanks so much for that compliment Rick. I just think the idea needs to be to show what the pedal would sound like in real musical situations, not just your typical shred stuff. So I try to write something that demonstrates a preset in the context it’d likely be played. Anyway, chuffed you appreciate it, and grateful for you taking the time to say so. Nice one

I just bought one of these used, and if all it had was the Friedman Small Box amp model it would be worth it. That model is so good the rest is just gravy.

While we all focus on the pedal, which is great btw, let's not forget the amp! The Artist 20+RT from Hamstead is a total beast, if you ever have to choose one amp take this one, honestly!

Absolutely agreed. Mine is one of the earliest models they made (serial number something like 0002) and I use it at every opportunity I can. Peter & James Hamstead are wonderful individuals & have become dear pals. I urge anyone to try their amps if they haven’t already 👍👍👍👍👍❤️

+MooerAudio I've watched demos about this unit. And I can see that there is already a signal chain. From synth to vol. And for example, there is only one OD/Dist block. Does that mean that I can only put one overdrive on a chain without using FXA and FXB? I like to stack 3 overdrive. That's how I make my sound. Can I do that in this unit with using FXA and B? Because I'm going to use FXA and B for other effects. And also if I want to ask if the delay/reverb tail effects will continue to spill-over when switching from preset to another preset. Thanks for the answer.

Hi, I also have Mooer Ge300 but when i record distorted sounds, recording comes noisy and awful. Even I connect directly to the PC and use Mooer ASIO, it doesnt change. I have Seymour Duncan pickups. What may i do wrong?

Could be a grounding issue or your gain settings must be too high, keep gain settings low when recording to ensure it doesn't clip and increase the track volume in post production using a compressor. you can add a EQ in pre and post to ensure a warmer and more pleasant sounding tone is achieved when tracking. Hope this helps if you haven't already resolved the issue.

I truly dislike when companies post videos like this and don’t describe their set up. For all I know there are virtual cabinets being used. I want to know what the company recommends as the best way to use this. I hear videos where this sounds great and other videos where it sounds like a fuzz box. That’s why it’s important.

Endtimeguitarist Endtimeguitarist Hey! Well, I made the vid & can absolutely state that the pedal was plugged directly in to a Focusrite Clarett 8preX via left & right XLR out. Nothing else. No outboard gear at all & no post FX either. Hope that’s the info you need. 👍
